Allianz advice in Munich · nationwide online · PKV · bKV · bAV
Christian Kometer develops health and provision strategies for people and companies who are not looking for just any insurance, but for a clear decision that will still hold in ten, twenty or thirty years.
You don't need to decide everything today. It is enough to make the most important lever visible: PKV, bKV, bAV or private pension provision. That is exactly what the first conversation is for.

Short answer
For specialised advice on private health insurance, company health insurance, company and private pension provision, and accident insurance — from the perspective of a practitioner who has worked in the insurance and healthcare system since 1992. Allianz General Agency Gauting near Munich: Allianz advice in Munich in person, insurance advice online throughout Germany.
Specialisation instead of a product jungle
Everything else is deliberately treated as a by-product. The focus is where mistakes become costly and good decisions have an effect for years: health insurance, provision and accident cover.
For the self-employed, entrepreneurs, executives, doctors and discerning employees.
The health benefit employees experience immediately, not only in 30 years’ time.
Security for later, relief today, and provision that fits your life stage and income.
Protection for staff and family when an accident has consequences – around the clock, worldwide, including leisure time.
Private health insurance in Germany
Anyone with private health insurance does not simply buy “a tariff”. They are deciding on access to medical care, the benefits promised, premium logic, flexibility and quality of cover for decades to come.
Advice does not start with a tariff name, but with the questions that matter later.
Outpatient, inpatient, dental, psychotherapy, medical aids, cover abroad, options.
Premium today, ageing reserves, excess, daily sickness benefit, family phase.
What happens with a career change, self-employment, children, income, health?
Company health insurance
Companies that treat health strategically gain more than an insurance product. They gain a visible sign of modern leadership, retention and responsibility.
Depending on the Allianz concept, employees can be enrolled without a health check and without waiting periods. What matters is a well-designed structure: which groups? which building blocks? How is the benefit communicated? How is take-up made easy?
Company health insurance is not a fruit basket. It says: “Your health matters to us.” Employees feel that message immediately.
Company & private pension provision
bAV and private pension provision have their full effect when incentives, risk, flexibility and communication fit together. That is exactly where it is decided whether a concept is accepted.
For employers, it is about a system that employees understand and HR can administer cleanly. For private individuals, it is about a retirement concept that fits their income, family, need for security and appetite for opportunity.
Our research work and the BSFZ confirmation
Since February 2026, the research and development work has held a confirmation from the Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage (BSFZ), February 2026, as eligible research and development. At the centre is the development of systems that measurably increase performance and productivity through the human factor.
Europe as the basis for development and trust: Europe forms the foundation for data protection, quality, regulation and measurable impact. International scaling is designed from here — with a system architecture that treats the human factor not as a cost centre, but as a centre of performance.
Next development stage — consent-based data value creation for measurable impact: Use generates a consent-based, anonymised data foundation for studies, analyses, benchmarks, KPI evaluations and evidence of impact. This makes visible which measures actually improve productivity, health, performance, cost structure and key KPIs.
The advisory process
Good advice feels calm. Because you understand what matters, what can wait, and which next step has the greatest impact.
Your starting point, goals and risks become clear in plain language.
PKV, bKV, bAV or pAV: we determine which lever counts first.
The result is not a stack of tariffs, but a robust provision system.
Digital processes, documents, communication and decision paths are prepared.
Health and provision change over time. That is why the concept remains open to review.
About Christian Kometer
A personal profile of the experience, expertise, awards, continuing education, attitude and drive behind the Allianz General Agency Christian Kometer.
Christian Kometer is a qualified insurance clerk (Versicherungskaufmann), a qualified insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), an entrepreneur, an Allianz general agent and a developer of company health systems. Since 1992, he has worked intensively with health, health insurance systems and insurance concepts for the healthcare provision of people and companies. His particular expertise lies in combining private health insurance, company health insurance, company pension provision and accident insurance.
For Christian Kometer, health is not just a professional field, but the central theme of his life. For over 33 years, he has seen how strongly health determines quality of life, performance, security and future opportunities. This experience gave rise to his passion not only for protecting people and companies, but for giving them better access to medical care, prevention, provision and health-related performance.
His mission is clear: health, business economics and the wider economy belong together. Anyone who understands these three areas as one system creates the foundation for long-term performance, lasting business success and stable social development.
His career began with training at Versicherungskammer Bayern / Bayerische Beamtenkrankenkasse, with a focus on private health insurance. This was followed by his qualification as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), the trainer aptitude examination, and, from 2000, building a specialised Allianz General Agency. Over the decades, Christian Kometer developed deep expertise in private health insurance, company health insurance, company pension provision, managing-director provision and holistic health and provision concepts.
A significant part of this expertise came from continuous education and training. Christian Kometer has never regarded his professional development as finished. Even during his time at Versicherungskammer Bayern, he took part in leadership development programmes. Later, he deepened his knowledge through part-time study for the Versicherungsfachwirt qualification and the trainer aptitude examination. In the years that followed, countless specialist courses were added in private health insurance, company health insurance, company pension provision, social insurance, healthcare provision, sales, leadership and business development.
From 2019, a further intensive phase of development followed with training at the Jürgen Höller Akademie. There he completed, among other things, the Lifeing series, the Aquila seminar, and programmes on revenue growth, rhetoric, sales, marketing, management, business leadership and personal development. In addition, for around a year and a half he was supported by an experienced coach on business topics, questions of setting up a company, mental strength and personal development. This continuous further training is a key reason why Christian Kometer combines specialist knowledge, communication, leadership, sales and entrepreneurial thinking at a high level.
His numerous awards within the Allianz network — including 22 Gold memberships, five memberships of the Dr. Hans Hess Club, six awards in the Siegergemeinschaft Personenversicherung (top-performers’ community for personal insurance), and honorary membership of the Ring der Großakquisiteure Gold — stand for sustained top performance, high professional competence, exceptional depth of advice and sales excellence in personal insurance, health and provision. These achievements show that his strength lies not only in sales, but in the ability to design complex health provision solutions that are understandable, robust and individually suited.
Christian Kometer stands for solution-oriented action, determination and consistent follow-through. He does not think in problems, but in paths, possibilities and outcomes. His strength lies in staying calm even in difficult situations, quickly grasping how things connect, developing robust solutions and steering conversations purposefully towards success. He holds himself to a high standard: working to a professional standard, taking responsibility, acting reliably, and always giving his best for clients, companies and projects.
His personal drive also comes from his own experience. Deafness in one ear and severe depressive episodes challenged him physically, mentally and emotionally for years. Because of this, he knows from personal experience that health cannot be taken for granted. This experience has further strengthened his passion for health solutions: he wants to show people that a good life, performance and success are possible even with health limitations — when care, prevention, mental strength, structure and the right systems work together.
Christian Kometer understands health as a link between personal performance, business productivity and macroeconomic stability. For him, health insurance, company health insurance, provision and accident cover are not individual products, but building blocks of a larger system: providing better care for people, making companies more capable, and embedding health as the foundation of lasting success.
In 2025, Christian Kometer founded a company for corporate health solutions, gaining valuable additional knowledge about company structuring, governance, capital structure, participation models and investor readiness. Active scaling was deliberately postponed at first, as the research and platform development still needed to mature. In February 2026, he received research recognition through the BSFZ seal 2026 for his development work in health, productivity and performance.

FAQ
Short answers to get you started quickly. The right decision then takes shape in a personal conversation.
Switching can make sense when income, professional status, state of health, family planning and expected level of cover all fit together. What matters is not the cheapest premium, but a combination of benefits, premium, options and personal situation that remains viable in the long term.
This includes outpatient, inpatient and dental benefits, daily sickness benefit, excess, premium strategy, options, family stage, the risks of switching, and how well the tariff fits your life plans.
The bKV is immediately visible: employees receive additional health benefits, often without a health check and without waiting periods. For employers, it is a strong signal of care, appreciation and modern employer attractiveness.
After analysing the target groups and objectives, a suitable module or budget model is chosen, communicated clearly internally and, wherever possible, managed digitally. What matters is that employees understand the benefit and can use it easily.
The bAV can offer tax and employer-side advantages, while private provision creates additional flexibility. Together they form a more stable retirement concept that does not rely on a single pillar.
The confirmation from the BSFZ (Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage), February 2026, relates to research and development work on systems that make organisational and personal performance factors visible, manageable and measurable. The aim is a platform that lets companies align measures on a data basis and track the impact on health, productivity, performance, cost structure and KPIs.
